What's goin' on? This is my first blog and may or may not end up being my last(It took a college assignment to get me on here).
Other then getting an A on this thing... Selfishly speaking, this will help me so much in organizing my thoughts and remembering the subtleties I tend to noticed but often forget. Selflessly speaking(I hope), I want to help people be honest with themselves and the world around them; primarily within the United States but far beyond America's horizon as well. Of course, this blogs gotta get off the ground in the first place.

Sounds good so far!!! Keep it comin'!
ReplyDeleteDon't feel bad, Nate. I've had my blog almost a year and maybe this assignment will help me write about something relevant. I'm looking forward to hearing your subtleties!
ReplyDeleteJoin the paper, dude. Then you can help the whole campus be honest with themselves!

Hey Nate,
ReplyDeleteNext time, post the assignments on the blog itself, not in the comments.

Nate,
Remember to keep these in PRESENT TENSE as much as possible. What's happening NOW? "Virginia Tech students ARE MARKING" instead of "have marked."
Also, remember to keep sentences SHORT. That second paragraph is all one sentence and pretty long

Nate,
First sentence might read better this way: "A shore town is mourning the death...."
Otherwise, it reads more like a headline. Important details to add: his age, how long he's been with the department.
